One association.
One shared space.

The board organizes. Owners take part. Everyone can find the next step.

BUILT AROUND REAL COMMUNITY LIFE

The everyday work of your association, brought together.

From the next meeting agenda to a home improvement request: turn everyday tasks into clear, manageable steps.

01

Meetings with a plan

Create meetings, prepare and publish agendas, share minutes and add your Zoom or Teams links.

02

Improvements with a clear path

Owners submit architectural requests with their property details and supported attachments. The committee gives feedback and records decisions.

03

People & properties, organized

Keep members, addresses and lots together. Record owner verifications and match access to each person’s responsibilities.

04

A community that takes part

Share announcements, start conversations and propose informal polls for board review.

05

Information you can find

Keep documents, versions and linked Texas legal resources within reach, alongside your association’s own rules.

06

Continuity when boards change

Update board offices and hand over community administration. Sensitive changes have a recorded history.

Polls are transparent, informal and nonbinding. Official or secret elections are unavailable. Legal resources help you consult sources; they do not certify an association’s compliance.

A CLEAR WAY TO GET STARTED

From “where is that?” to “here it is.”

Every member uses their own account. Every association has its own community space.

  1. Create your association’s space

Register your account, choose your Texas county, and declare your board office and authorization to open the community.

  2. Bring your community together

The Community Admin invites members. The board organizes properties, verifies owners and prepares the first community content.

  3. Make everyday tasks flow

Publish the next agenda, receive improvement requests and keep conversations and documents in the right place.

COMING SOON · OPTIONAL UPGRADE

Clearer finances. More time for your community.

Your board already has enough to do. Pay My Dues is planned to bring annual dues, payment tracking and private reminders together, so your treasurer can focus on what needs attention.

  1. Set up annual dues.Connect each assessment to its lot and owner, with a clear amount and due date.
  2. Find answers faster.See paid, partially paid and outstanding amounts without piecing the story together across spreadsheets and messages.
  3. Keep follow-up organized.Prepare private reminders and keep receipts and reports together for questions and treasurer handovers.

ILLUSTRATIVE TIME-SAVING EXAMPLE

Small time savings add up.

If organized records save 2 minutes of administration per annual payment, a 100-lot community would free up 3 hours and 20 minutes per collection cycle.

Planning example: 100 payments × 2 minutes = 200 minutes. This is not a measured customer result or a guarantee; actual savings depend on your workflow and participation.

CONTROL AND ACCOUNTABILITY

Private records. Clear permissions. A history you can follow.

Owners see their own records. The Community Admin explicitly grants finance permissions. Financial entries and corrections retain their history, and financial records stay out of the community forum.
